These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites, applications and services of Worldway Travels, operated by Worldway Travels Technology ("Worldway Travels", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Platform, requesting a quote or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

For most travel products, Worldway Travels acts as an intermediary that arranges products and services provided by independent third-party suppliers — including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transfer and tour operators, and experience providers. Your contract for the travel product is also subject to the relevant supplier's own terms and conditions, which you accept when booking.

Viator (a Tripadvisor company) is our official experiences supplier for "things to do" and activities. Experience inventory, pricing, availability, content and reviews are provided by Viator. Certain experiences are booked via Viator's secure checkout under an affiliate arrangement, in which case Viator is the merchant of record and the supplier of record for that booking.

• Prices, availability and inventory are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and issued. Supplier-sourced content (including Viator experiences) reflects live data and may change without notice.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details, including names matching travel documents and any special service requests, before payment and issuance.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation and/or booking reference (such as a PNR or supplier voucher) after successful payment verification.

Payments processed by Worldway Travels are handled by our payment provider, Razorpay, and confirmations are verified server-side using signed webhooks. We do not store full card details. For experiences completed on Viator's checkout, payment is processed by Viator under their terms. All amounts are payable in the currency shown at checkout, and you are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges applicable to your booking.

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable supplier's fare rules and cancellation policy (including Viator's policy and any free-cancellation window shown for an experience). Service or amendment fees may apply. Where Worldway Travels is the booking party we will assist with supplier requests; where a supplier is the merchant of record, their policy and process apply directly.

Worldway Travels participates in affiliate arrangements with travel suppliers, including Viator. When you book certain experiences, you are directed to the supplier's checkout and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Where required, supplier attribution (such as "Secure checkout on Viator") is displayed and retained to comply with licensing and attribution obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, permits, insurance and health documentation required for your travel. Worldway Travels is not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate documentation, missed departures or failure to meet supplier requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worldway Travels is not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults or insolvency of independent suppliers, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where we act as an intermediary, our liability is limited to the amount of service fees we received for the relevant booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Platform, its branding and content are owned by or licensed to Worldway Travels. Supplier content (including Viator experience content, images and reviews) remains the property of the respective supplier and is used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse content without permission.
