It applies to travellers, enquirers, partner agents and visitors worldwide.

• Identity & contact data — name, email, phone number and postal/billing details you provide when enquiring, registering or booking.
• Traveller data — passenger names, dates of birth, nationality, passport or document details and special service requests (SSRs) required to issue a booking.
• Booking & transaction data — itineraries, suppliers, prices, payment confirmations and booking references.
• Technical data — IP address, device, browser and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To search, quote, book, issue and service travel arrangements you request.
• To process payments and verify confirmations through our payment provider.

To deliver the travel products you book, we share the data necessary to fulfil your request with trusted suppliers and service providers, including:

• Viator (a Tripadvisor company) — our official experiences and "things to do" supplier. When you browse, select or book an experience, relevant search and booking data is exchanged with Viator under their own terms and privacy policy. Some experience bookings are completed on Viator's secure checkout as an affiliate arrangement; in those cases Viator acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment and traveller data directly.
• Travel suppliers — airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transfer and tour operators required to fulfil bookings.
• Payment provider — Razorpay, to process payments and verify server-side signed confirmations. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
• Platform & operations — managed hosting, database, email delivery and analytics providers, who process data only as needed to deliver our services.

We do not sell your personal data. Suppliers process your data under their own privacy policies; we encourage you to review Viator's and other suppliers' policies for supplier-completed bookings.

As a global travel operator, your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our suppliers and infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We retain booking and account data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored in a managed database with row-level security so records are only accessible to authorised people and services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.
