How do I make a booking with Worldway Travels?+
Search flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, tours or experiences on the Platform, request a quote or proceed to checkout, provide accurate traveller details, and complete payment. You receive a written confirmation and booking reference once payment is verified.
How are experiences and 'things to do' provided?+
Experiences are powered by Viator, a Tripadvisor company and our official experiences supplier. Inventory, pricing, availability, images and reviews are provided by Viator. Some experiences are completed on Viator's secure checkout, where Viator is the merchant and supplier of record.
Are my payments secure?+
Payments processed by Worldway Travels are handled by Razorpay and verified server-side using signed webhooks. We do not store full card details. Experiences booked on Viator's checkout are processed securely by Viator.
How do changes, cancellations and refunds work?+
These follow the applicable supplier's fare rules and cancellation policy, including any free-cancellation window shown for an experience. Service fees may apply. We assist with supplier requests for bookings we hold; supplier-completed bookings are handled under the supplier's process.
What travel documents do I need?+
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, insurance and any health documentation required for your trip. Please ensure traveller names match your travel documents before payment and issuance.
