What is APA?
Advance Provisioning Allowance covers food, fuel and dockage — reconciled at trip end. Typically 25–35% of the charter fee.
What is included in the charter fee?
The yacht, full crew, and all onboard amenities. APA covers running costs. We'll provide a full breakdown before booking.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season (Mediterranean July–August, Caribbean Christmas) books 12–18 months ahead. Off-peak can often be arranged in 4–6 weeks.
